This is a video that I made for my Intermediate German final. It was a quickly made video, maybe edited for a few hours before it was set free on youtube. The assignment was to create a video in German describing a work of art (our choice of art, thankfully, I was getting tired of Kiefer, an aversion which is revealed in the video). The assignment was focused on using descriptive vocab, and I took it to mean have fun learning my way around Premiere.
The painting I chose was a painting by Matta, a surrealist painter. I personally love surrealist paintings, especially ones with bold colors like Rocks. I like some of his other paintings as well, but for some reason this one jumped out at me. It feels like it has character, perhaps, and I espeiclaly love the use of my favorite color, blue. In any case, I'd recommend taking a look at his work and surrealism as a whole.
I hope to make some more videos soon and find a way to keep using this medium to express myself.
Pleae Enjoy.
